Challenge:

Kohler is a prominent global company with offices around the world. Although the project was relatively straightforward, it presented unique challenges due to the coordination of multiple departments across various time zones. The client requested a turnkey product, excluding the fragrance they supplied, and sought thorough factory inspections at every level, including collaboration with our partners in Asia.

Solution:

Throughout the 18-month project, our team energized collaboration by holding weekly progress meetings with key Kohler and Sprig departments. We organized dynamic factory inspections in both Asia and the USA, while actively engaging with the client’s team to explore innovative product development ideas. This proactive approach fostered creativity and momentum, driving the project forward with excellence.
